Mourinho Is Nice If
You Are Not A Referee, Journalist – Klopp
Ahead of the much awaited clash
between Liverpool and Chelsea at Stamford Bridge this weekend, the Red boss
Jurgen Klopp has addressed his team’s chances of clinching all three points.
According to the former Borussia Dortmund coach, the
only important thing for his team on Saturday, October 31, is reverting an
indifferent start to the Premier League campaign.
“In history, it was a great game. Now it’s 9th vs 15th and we have a chance to improve our own situation and not think too much of the opponent,” he pointed out.
“It is a big match but I have been in this job for 15
years and had plenty of big matches.
“It is a match we can win, like any other, and that’s
all I think about.”
Jurgen Klopp and Jose Mourinho
Speaking about his opponent on Saturday, Klopp
suggested that Mourinho is a nice guy as long as you’re not a football
official.
He backed the Chelsea boss to get the team back in
good shape, adding that Mourinho is not everyone’s taste.
“I’m full of respect for his work. If you’re not a
referee or a journalist he can be a nice guy.
“During the game we are both emotional but we are
professionals, everything is fine between us.
“When I was in Germany Mourinho and I sometimes sent
messages. I have respect for his work. He’s a nice guy.”
Jose Mourinho has been the
bane of football officials and journalists this season as he was recently
charged with misconduct for evading the room of Referee Jon Moss after half time in
the game between West Ham and Chelsea at Upton Park.
The controversial also recently
told a journalist to “Use google” and stop asking “Stupid questions” while
addressing newsmen in a press conference.
