Biafrans React To Rumours About Nnamdi Kanu's Health

Followers of Nnamdi Kanu,
the Biafra secessionist leader, have issued grave threats to the Nigerian
government. The threat comes on the heels of the uncertainty beclouding the
whereabouts of their leader who was detained in October.
The supporters of the Biafran course, took to socio-media to protest reports regarding the uncertainty of the Radio Biafra director.
According to the agitators, a confirmation of
any negative rumour regarding Kanu’s health, will definitely result in yet
another civil war.
They said the Zionist leader is too value to
be murdered in the hands of Nigerians, and that they will give blood for blood
if any harm as much as come to the hair on his skin.
Here are some of the comments made on
socio-media by pr0-Biafra activists.
Emmanuel Ononye said: “Our
director Prince Nnamdi Kanu is well and DSS is treating him like a King. When I
left PH this morning I dropped at Owerri and bought Daily Sun newspaper.
According to daily sun, he is fine.
Even his father was interviewed and the Father
said that his son Nnamdi Kanu will rather die than to quit from Biafra struggle
His sister, Princess, said Kanu is a prisoner
of consicence. Biafra or death, may God preserve and sustain Biafra and all
Biafrans that are prisoners of consicence.”
Nwankwo Fortunes, said: “Nigeria can
never be one nation.”
Promise Okwudiri Ikechukwu, said: “Kill
Nnamdi Kanu and throw this country into full civil war that will ultimately end
this mirage called Nigeria for good.”
There were some others who had slightly
different opinions from that of the secessionists.
One Facebook user, said that no country in the
whole world had ever fought civil war twice. He went on to stress that the
Biafra issue ought to be handled with utmost carefulness by Nigerian leaders as
it is not a crime for indigenous people to seek for their freedom in a land
where they have been marginalized.
He stressed that if anything happens to Nnamdi
Kanu, it will automatically turn to another civil war and Nigeria will never
survive it.
The protests, he noted, had been
peaceful and well organized except for certain people from other tribes who he
said are portraying a different picture of the protest just to incite violence.
Val Ejyk-Iwuoha, said: The north is
more united thats why Boko Haram is flourishing. Nothing would happen if Nnamdi
Kanu dies! The Ibo is full of traitors, hypocrites, bothers’ killers,
saboteurs. That’s why the Biafran agitation is divided into rival camps and
groups, each painting kettle black and brainwashing people who only see
“Biafra” as a mere slogan and not an agitation/course. Just wait, in a few days
you would hear nothing more, because protesters could no longer be paid!
It would be recalled that
the family of the Radio Biafra director who spearheads the Biafran course, said they are afraid
and uncertain, regarding the health of their sonwho still remains in
the custody of the Department of State Services.
